Your ORIGENN jewelery is guaranteed for two years from the day of purchase, in relation to material defects and manufacturing faults. The condition for this is that you, as a consumer, have acquired the jewel at an ORIGENN own point of sale or at the ORIGENN online store. Please, bear in mind that if the ORIGENN jewel was purchased in an authorized store (jewelery), it must be delivered to this site, upon delivery of the purchase receipt and that, in this case, it cannot be sent directly to ORIGENN.

From the day of purchase, your ORIGENN jewel will be repaired free of charge within this period of two years. If this is not possible, or if the repair is linked to a disproportionate expense, we will exchange the jewel for another of equal value free of charge. The warranty ceases in the event of improper use, repairs carried out by third parties, negligent treatment, wear, wear parts, such as leather or satin ribbons, due to improper use or if the jewel was damaged, for example due to a accident. Regardless of the guarantee offered by ORIGENN, you have in your favor the rights established within the framework of the legal guarantee of quality. These are not limited by the warranty offered by the company.

To benefit from our warranty service, you can deliver the defective jewel within the aforementioned period of two years, to any of ORIGENN's own sales positions. Please do not forget to attach the proof of purchase to the shipment. Enter an email address to be able to contact you in case of doubt. In order to be able to reimburse you for the transport costs if it is covered by the warranty, please enclose a copy of the proof of shipping costs in the package. In order to make the refund, you must also indicate your bank details (Your data will be treated with absolute confidentiality).
